What information does our website collect?

Any information you enter on our website, or provide us in any other way to enable us to facilitate your membership, is stored on the Wix platform on which our site is built.


In becoming a member and setting up your personal profile, you agree to us storing your name, login e-mail address, password, payment details (including credit card information), computer IP address information and purchase history.

Your personal information will only be used for the management of your membership. We will never sell your data to any third party and, at any time, you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold for you, and we will delete all your data upon the cancellation of your membership.

We will only contact you via email to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send our newsletter and relevant information about our events, or as otherwise necessary. In addition, we will post messages to members via our group chat application.

We may also use Google's analytics software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

How Wix works in terms of your data provides us with the online platform that allows us to offer our membership services to you. In joining, your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  


All direct payment gateways offered by and used by our organisation adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our payment service providers.
